Dr Raham
Karimaghaei
MBBS · BSc (Hons) · FRCR
Dr Raham Karimaghaei’s work connects the diagnostic insight of radiology with the precision of image-guided surgery. Drawing on a wealth of clinical experience across multiple subspecialties, he interprets complex imaging, performs minimally invasive procedures and helps shape the clinical decisions that follow.
Alongside his practice, he brings this perspective to healthcare AI—advising organisations and technology teams on where it can add value, how it should be evaluated and how it can fit into the patient pathway.

A practising clinician’s
perspective
Over 16 years of clinical experience across multiple hospitals and subspecialties have shaped his understanding of the whole patient pathway—from the first diagnostic question to the choice of treatment and the care that follows. This breadth of practice informs his clinical judgement and his understanding of the decisions faced by patients and their clinical teams.
He completed all of his undergraduate, postgraduate and subspecialist medical training in the UK and is listed on the GMC Specialist Register. He brings this clinical grounding to consultancy, helping organisations assess new ideas with a practical understanding of the people, services and patient pathways they need to support.
