Your information.
How website enquiries are handled.

Who handles your information
Dr Raham Karimaghaei is responsible for the personal information collected through this website’s enquiry forms. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form, select “Other administrative enquiry” and mark your message “Privacy request”. You can also reply to an existing enquiry email from Dr Raham.
Information collected and why
The forms collect your name, email address, enquiry category and message, together with a telephone number or organisation if you provide one. These details are used to respond, arrange a callback or discuss possible clinical appointments and consultancy work. Required fields are needed to handle your enquiry; optional fields can be left blank.
The lawful basis for general correspondence is the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing professional communications. Where you request steps towards a service or contract, the information needed for those steps is processed on that basis. Technical security processing supports the legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please contact Dr Raham using the privacy request route above.
Clinical information
These forms are for administrative enquiries only. Do not include medical histories, test results, patient identifiers or clinical documents. A request to arrange a referral is not a clinical referral; an appropriate secure route must be arranged separately. Information subsequently collected for clinical care is subject to the relevant care provider’s privacy notice and record-retention arrangements.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, checks submissions with Turnstile and processes email delivery. Enquiries are delivered to Dr Raham’s Doctors.org.uk mailbox and processed by the email service provider. The form service does not create a separate enquiry database or deliberately log message content.
Cloudflare processes technical information, including network and browser information, for website delivery and abuse prevention. Its services use international infrastructure, so processing may occur outside the UK. See Cloudflare’s privacy information and data-processing terms for details of its processing and transfer safeguards. You may request further information about the providers used through the contact form.
The website does not use enquiry details for advertising or mailing lists. Turnstile performs automated abuse checks; the forms do not make automated clinical or appointment decisions.
How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment or consultancy work are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Information needed for an ongoing service, a complaint or a legal obligation is handled separately and retained only as necessary for that purpose. This 12-month period does not apply to clinical records.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Use the privacy request route above to exercise a right or raise a concern.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
